Looking for Lead Gen and Registrations

Looking to establish a long term relationship with someone to provide leads and registrations for our web property. This is purely an online marketing effort designed to drive traffic to landing pages and convert this traffic into leads on our pages. Typical landing page will include a coupon for anyone registering. Registrations are free, and require a name, email address, selection of a state (US traffic) and password. Alternately registrations may be completed by signing-up using a Facebook ID. We only pay for registrations that are verified and payout varies on level of relationship, quality of traffic, conversions, etc. Initial paid test for a limited amount of leads (100 ideally) will be conducted to evaluate quality of leads and registrations and based on results, payout will be adjusted to reflect additional bonuses based on quality and spedd of delivery.
