Marketing Plan for web based business

I would like to hire a team to create an online marketing plan and execution for my business. The business provides a specialist service to professionals (mainly accountants) and thus needs to understand the professional services mindset and marketing approaches. This would involve a focussed online marketing campaign to accountants in a defined geographic area for 3 months, followed by a more general campaign to lift SEO ranking and linked in awareness of the business over the next 9 months across Australia. I expect the execution phase would need some work on the main website, attachment of conversion/measurement, landing pages, content production etc as well as more traditional SEO. At this stage I am just looking for a proposal/document that walks through what you can do and the cost /time to create a thorough plan for the 12 months, but the second stage will be to then execute this plan. I have put 15 hours as I would like a thorough review of the site and its main competitors in Australia, and 3-5 selected international competitors, as well as a brief review of the 'best' benchmarks from those . I can provide more info to the successful bidder including: - The site/company - a list of the competitors (and which ones are most competitive) - data of views on current keywords - some types of content that could be used - past google and linkedin campaign stats Thanks, Brent
