Need 1000 unique daily visitors on my hotel site

I have a hotel website that compares almost every hotel in the world on price. I need a marketing expert to drive 1000 daily unique visitors to the site. This traffic has to be targeted to come from USA, Canada en Europe only. It will be measured in Google Analytics. Traffic generation must be ethical. Nothing that would get the site in any trouble.
