Our organisation is in need of creating a internal training manual/document for Social media marketing and email marketing.
Main purpose of this manual/document ls to comply with government regulation of training graduates. however, after internal discussion, we agreed that it would be good for our organisation in a long run to have a solid internal document our interns or graduate employees to follow.
so for social media, we use facebook, twitter, pinterest, linkedin, google+ and instagram.
this document is intended for eyes of persons who has a knowledge of the industry and platforms so there will be no need to explain basic things such as "how to create a facebook account" for example.
we really liked the book "Social Media Marketing All-in-One For Dummies 2nd edition" so if you can get your hands on the book, it would be beneficial for this project. they had some pre-made worksheets we literally use right now we are looking for someone who has experience in writing internal documents for this kind of purpose. we would like to see a sample beforehand so send us or attach the sample with your quote.
