internal manual/document

Our organisation is in need of creating a internal training manual/document for Social media marketing and email marketing. Main purpose of this manual/document ls to comply with government regulation of training graduates. however, after internal discussion, we agreed that it would be good for our organisation in a long run to have a solid internal document our interns or graduate employees to follow. so for social media, we use facebook, twitter, pinterest, linkedin, google+ and instagram. this document is intended for eyes of persons who has a knowledge of the industry and platforms so there will be no need to explain basic things such as "how to create a facebook account" for example. we really liked the book "Social Media Marketing All-in-One For Dummies 2nd edition" so if you can get your hands on the book, it would be beneficial for this project. they had some pre-made worksheets we literally use right now we are looking for someone who has experience in writing internal documents for this kind of purpose. we would like to see a sample beforehand so send us or attach the sample with your quote. as social media sector is ever chaining, we will review the content every 3 months and ask for revision if there are major changes email shouldn't need revision. depending on how this project goes, we might create internal document for local SEO so let us know if you have expertise in that area too to give a breife example, for facebook, we want a document showing how many posts are optimal for a facebook fan page per week, and break down of types of posts, such as out of 10 weekly posts, 2 needs to be industry related, 5 needs to be business related etc
