PR 2+ links DA 30+

Hi All, I am looking for PR 2+ links for 3 of my websites can add more if I like the quality . Main Criteria 1. PR 1+ most of them should be from PR 2+ pages 2. DA should be 30+ 3. PA also should be 20+ 4. On theme links 5. not more then 30 OBD 6. Six months grantee of links. 7. Differnt C class IP I want to start with 50 links every month around 17 per website and increase the volume in coming months, Budget is also concern for us. waiting your bids. thx
