In my previous roles I have successfully managed 2 restaurants at chennai I enjoy working in an environment which is fun filled and team members act as a unit to achieve targets. I always work with a positive mind set and use my self determination and confidence to achieve targets set for me/my team. I enjoy competition and debates which may lead to better work environment and achieving results in smarter ways.
