3 000 000 youtube views needed

Hi! I need 3 000 000 views on 15 different videos on youtube (200 000 each). You need to be able to: - Set any referring link (HTTP_REFERER) that I will provide for views (EVEN IF THE LINK OR VIDEO IS NOT THERE) - Complete the project within 15-20 days after the project has been awarded - Provide me 500 views with a provided referring link BEFORE I award you the project. If a video gets 500 views and the referring links are accepted by youtube and you agree to my terms, I will award you the project immediately and of course I will pay you for the 500 views - Be able to send the views with a provided referring link IMMEDIATELY after I award you the project. I will make payments by milestones (after every 10% of the project completed you will get 10% of the whole project price). The budget is 3 000 USD. If you complete the project in time I will give you a bonus (500-1000 USD). Note: I pay for views on youtube counter not for the amount of traffic you send. Note 2: If you can't do any of the 4 points stated above - do not bid. I will not accept it. Note 3: If you can't do 3 000 000, tell me the amount you can send WITH the requirements stated above
