Converting the users arriving on landing page

Project Description:
I am looking for someone to generate some quality leads for my business, which specialises in the consulting, migrating and deploying Microsoft's Office 365 product.
I am not looking for an email list.
I have had success getting traffic to my landing page (but it could improve) but I need you to help convert those who land in making the next step: preferably ringing my number with an enquiry or, at least, signing up on an email list.
It may involve modification of the landing page - it may involve redesiging the email form.
The leads I am looking for must be people who have some interest in the product and must be within 100 kms(preferably closer) to Melbourne.
I think 100 good quality email addresses could result in 4-5 calls for a product presentation that I would deliver onsite or by Lync Meeting.
I have tried a number of marketing campaigns and my website is using Aweber forms.
I have tried direct flyer delivery to a targeted area, Google adwords and facebook ads. The Google adwords and facebook ads have resulted im good click-through rates to my website landing page (http://www.kozmatech.com/products/cloud-computing-office-365/) but no-one then called my 1300 number or signed up on the email list.
If you think you can convert any of these potential customers, then you are the person for the job.
