Sales Proposals & Bidding for WordPress Services

We need an individual or team to bring in more projects on Elance & Freelancer. We're active in both the Design & Multimedia and IT & Programming categories on Elance. We have a total of 230 bids per month between the two sites and want a team that can guarantee a closing rate of at least 10%. This means roughly 20-25 new projects per month. We also want to convert at least 10% of new business into clients with ongoing monthly service contracts. Payment terms & commission rates are open ended, so let us hear your best offers. Job Description: We're looking for a Sales Associate to help us generate revenue and increase the customer base for our business. Your responsibilities: - Identify new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of goods/services - Educate and engage prospects through product demonstrations - Meet specified quotas and deadlines - Maintain knowledge of the company's offerings - Make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers - Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations and closed sales - Source and develop client relationships and referrals Your qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
