Hi, this is NAVEEN SHANKAR SHARMA. I am the person with strong interpersonal skills and ability to go along with people. I like challenges and looking creative solution to problems. I am the person who follows 5(Ps) in his life. The means of 5Ps are –P (purpose) P (plan) P (practice) P (patience) and P (preparation). Through the purpose I can get to know where should I reach? What is my ambition?. Through the plan I can make the strategy to achieve my ambition. Through the practice I can make my plan easy because if I work continuously than work would be easy. I always keep one thing in my mind that a person should keep patience because failure is never first and succeed is never last. I play with challenges because I know that if I will work in corporate sector than challenges will come to me and I will have to accept it. I would like to work in a team because if I will work in a coordination than I can use different- different persons skills because every person has different skills. I always create good relationship with my customers because according to my view customer is like a god; I would like to offer them good valuable products because customer always wants value for money. About my experiences I did customer satisfaction and research survey regarding airport authority of India jaipur. During the survey I used to interact with the customers and asked their problems and send their report to the airport director. I used to run two coaching institutes own my on. I had two branches one was locket in jaipur and other one was in Jodhpur. I looked after management over there. Coaching institutes were for the competition examinations like banks, SSC, BED, RELWAYS and other examinations. I worked with Vodafone-Essar direct sales team as a marketing executive. During the job I interact with the individual and corporate clients. I completed my summer training in videocon industries. During the training I have done marketing research on refrigerators. I worked with NGO of mental disable persons as project coordinator. I have done many government projects. Right now I am working with manglam art’s as free lancer . I have done so many marketing research projects under payroll of Manglam Export House.
