Need 100,000 untargeted Twitter followers

If you have any questions, just ask! :) Project Objectives: - To boost the number of followers for my PERSONAL Twitter profile by 100,000 without using any illegal means or violating the Twitter Terms Project Requirements: - Twitter account must be promoted within the Terms of Twitter - nothing you do to get more followers can violate Twitter Terms - NO duplicate profiles - NO bots, NO Blackhat techniques - Must be achieved by NO means of illegal activity - Absolutely NO followers that will risk my page deleted - You MUST use good practices when gathering followers - I do not want to have to follow anyone from my account in order to get them to follow me back - I want my followers to increase without changing or adding to the people I am currently following - Login information will NOT be provided Follower Requirements: - All new followers must have at least 10 tweets - All new followers must be following at least 10 other accounts - All new followers must have at least 10 followers - All new followers must NOT unfollow for any reason, ever - New followers do not necessarily have to be real accounts - they CAN be fake profiles (real accounts are strongly preferred) Employee Requirements: - MUST be able to communicate effectively and efficiently in English language - MUST respond to messages in a timely manner Completion Requirements: - All new followers must REMAIN followers - I subscribe to several online Twitter statistic service websites that send interval alerts when people stop following me - You MUST be able to successfully provide the agreed number of additional followers that match the requirements above and who will NOT UNFOLLOW Payment/Feedback Terms: - Payment will be made via the Escrow system built into Freelancer - Milestone payment can be arranged if requested, otherwise payment will be made in the full amount when the project is complete - Feedback will be left based on how well the project was completed and how effective the communication was with the employee - As stated above, new followers must NOT unfollow - If my Twitter account is suspended, deactivated, or deleted, you will NOT be paid Final Notes: - You are bidding on my terms listed above I will be making my decision based on whoever can get me the largest number of followers for the lowest price, as well as the highest feedback rating and proven success with similar projects. In your message, please include your rates per groupings of follower amounts that you offer, as well as what you need in order to get started (again, login credentials will NOT be provided). Please also specify whether you will be getting real accounts or fake accounts. Also, please include in your message your price/rate for targeted followers in Canada, as I will have work similar to this later.
