For a java project (Tomcat / J2EE), i need a programmer who would be able to write a PDF generator. The generator should be able to understand XTags files ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) in input and to convert it into PDF files for the output. To generate the final PDF file, this library will have to use the iText PDF library ([login to view URL]). Attached is an example of an xtag file and the corresponding generated PDF. Please send proposals and estimate in time and cost.
