OpenGTS upgrade add features gps

OpenGTS version update and add some features 1- opening zoom coordinate is fixed to specific coordinates and zoom at first opening 2- on reports export KLM support 3- More zoom capabilities and some adjustments [login to view URL] to see some poi which is on Google maps 4- upgrade to new version of openGTS 5- we have already special MSQL scripts about our country . it is not going to be change 6-Adopting with old opengts database. Database of mysql should not be changed after [login to view URL] details will be given after to the hired freelancer 7-All tests are made on other server and working server is not stop developer make the new changes show us then after aprove it will put to the working server. only for finished upgrade it can be stop for only few minutes
