Sneaker Release Twitter Bot for FINISHLINE

I am looking for a program that will be able to do the following: I am currently and "quickly" looking for a program that will be able to continuously sniff out links from @Finishline. It must Launch the link and it bring me to the checkout with the item and DESIGNATED sizes already in the cart. t needs to Launch the link Select a size of the product Add to cart Move to the checkout screen it DOES NOT need to check out for me SPEED IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT AND CRUCIAL while developing and testing this program. Because there are many developers developing this program as we speak, the link needs to be launched and autofilled and submitted in the fastest speeds possible. I need to be able to go in and change the script shoe name and size for each shoe release not just buying the same shoe and size over and over NEED FAST AND NOT TOO EXPENSIVE
