iOS and Android App

Development of both an iOS (6.0 and earlier) and Android (4.1 and earlier) App. The App is rather simple and utilizes Facebook functionality. The App should offer basically two functions after successful FB login: Messaging (sending messages to FB contacts) and Places (Selecting existing Places or entering new Places with additional location information, such as an address). The App itself will be free, but some of the functionality will only be available after an in-app purchase. The App will query and save some data in a remote MySQL database, which needs to be created. Furthermore, it will save log data on a remote fileserver. There will be no server-side functionality, only access to the database and to the fileserver. I would like to get a first rough fixed-price estimate for the development of both the iOS App and the Android App in either German or English language. If possible, please add some references (e.g. links to existing Apps in the Appstores) to your offer. I would like to sign an NDA. I will solely own any rights of the developed App. If you have an NDA template, please send it with your offer. After having signed the NDA, I will provide further details. I will answer any question related to the App in written form only. We will run a Skype videoconferencing session before I will finally place the order.
