We are a small company and we are looking for a collection call dialer to help us with our collections.
This is a simple project for anyone familiar with programming and voice prompting, menu driven IVR
We use G711 Ulaw for all outbound connections. We would like to have a database with the follwing fields
example
Customer name - phone number - amount due - amount past due - Credit Card number - Exp Date - CVVS #
Joe smith 303 555 1212 116.21 82.00
dialer will read the database and then start to make the call.
Dial phone number
Wait for pickup
say Hello, this is abc company. I have an important msg for Joe Smith. Is this Joe Smith if not please bring him to the phone and press 1 for an important message.
Once 1 is pressed
Hi Joe, this is abc company and I am calling you today or tonight regarding your past due account. Currently your account shows $ 116.21 due with a balance of $ 82.00 past due. Currently your account is subject to being suspended and we need to receive a payment soon. You may make a payment now if you like just press 0 if you wish to make a payment now or press 2 to be connected to our office to talk to someone.
If press 2 then connect call to our office number
Give opttion for repeat if 0 is pressed then go to a script that will collect a credit card information.
If 0 - Great, we appreciate you taking care of this today.
Please enter your credit card number
Please enter the exp date
Please enter the number on the back of the card the CVVs number
After collection, verify all the infomamation with them
We appreciate your patronage - thank you for your payment . Have a nice day or evening.
Repeat the above script until all the calls are made.
