Convert PSD to HTML/CSS/Jquery

I have 15 PSD pages that need be converted into HTML/CSS/Jquery. Headers and Footers will be the same for all pages. Your code will later be migrated into a Ruby on Rails Application by our developer. What I need from the project winner: - Your code should be clean, lightweight, organized and load quick. - CSS file(s) should be written with logical and meaningful class names with COMMENTS LINES. - Site must be able to be viewed perfectly with IE, firefox, safari, chrome. I am looking to build a long term relationship since we will be building many projects up ahead. I really want to work with somebody that has a passion for what they do and is great at what they do.
