html table

Hi I'm looking for somebody who can write a few lines of html/javascript code to acomplish the following task on a website (see pdf attached for a graphical representation): 1. create a simple 7X3-cells table with fixed layout (all cells the same size). Possibility to adjust overall size of the table. 2. fill the table with predefined content (formatted text) in RANDOM-Order. (21 Different phrases like "This is option 1" untill "This is option 21", which would be implemented into the code. The text is no more than 12 words, maximum 3 linebreaks necessary). Real Randomness is crucial, so this should really work! in Addition: 3. Possibility to adapt the whole thing to a different sized table (e.g. 6x4 cells and 24 different phrases) by adapting the code (good documentation in the code how to do this would be fine) 4. Possibility to add a different background picture (say, a small jpg) to every cell. and one variation (as a separate piece of code, so that the above stays simple): 5. Possiblity to use pictures instead of text as predefined content to be randomly distributed. (21 different pictures, that would be randomly filled into the table) The code should be well structured and documented, so that it can be adapted in the future by me (a non-programmer...).
