Member space and Search Engine

Hi, what I need is a member space with a search engine allowing users to perfom really speciffic search in my music library, they should be able to play songs and to download them. (Specs) -Including a player to play the result file -Allowing members to download the results -Member account refer to this for an example of the kind of search engine I need.
