Fix css, html & javascript mess

I have a website with some html, css, javascript and asp code that has become a mess. It is from the start, from a WYSIWYG program which has generated a nasty code and I've tried to implement more upon that. But it has become quite a mess and I need somebody who has the trained eye to clean this up. In the code, there is some Javascript and some asp.net, which you shouldn't have to change but to, at least, make everything work. This should go really fast (easy coffee-money) for somebody who codes in his sleep.
