Google Map PolyGon/Marker LandMap

Google Map Expert Needed I need a Google Map demo application that allows the user to plot land against serveral land owners eg. Mr A owns this land -- (shows the area he owns with Polygon with marker inside it) Mr B owns this land -- shows the area he owns with Polygon with marker inside it) etc Therefore when the user browses to the area of the GOOGLE Map the can click the polygon representing the land the the detail will pop up eg Name, Address, Date Of Purchase etc So Imagine hundreds of people owning lands in a city of London or AAbuja On the right hand of the Map, the list of land owners will be displayed.
