Fix chart (Google Charts)

I have Google Charts which you can see on [login to view URL] 1) I'm looking for someone, who will fix alignment of candles in the chart. You can see problem in attachment [login to view URL] On the left and right, chart shows only the half of candle. I need show all candle. 2) On the chart you can see horizontal levels (magenta and blue). I need label these levels on the right of the right. You can see example in attachment chart2.gif. Everything must work even if I will change the dimensions of the chart.
