Virtuemart "greeting card" type system

We need someone to write a joomla/virtuemart component similar to e-card software. We make customized products and require a customer to fill out a form and upload a picture, we need software that create a preview image of the finished product (we have all the background images ready) for the customer to review, then bind that preview image along with a photoshop file (.psd) with the order. The photoshop file must have the inputed text and image on different layers so that we can do further adjustment afterward. The backgrounds are of various sizes and need filling out in different places. We need an easy to use UI that we can customize on our end to fit the various background templates. We have many backgrounds that we would need to customize, and add onto the product page for that item in virtuemart. The software must be license free and in a zip format that we can upload to joomla with the extension manager. If you have an alternative solution to what we need, please tell us and state your price.
