Including a variable in hyperlink in Joomla.

I have two website which uses the same database and have the same content. In fact I have two websites which have identical content but uses a different template. Now I want to place in the content a hyperlink. In template A the hyperlink must look like this "Webshop/[login to view URL]" In template B the hyperlink must look like this "Webshop/[login to view URL]". The three digits after MemberNr are variable. For template A is this 970, for template B is this 134. This variable is depending on the template is loaded. When template A is loaded the variable in the hyperlink must be 970, when template B is loaded the variable must be 134. Who can fix this for me?
