Podcast/Radio Online Show Help

I am designing a website that needs to have the ability to download archieved radios shows for a fee, i have a component that I am using but the size of the radio show is to large. I need to know if someone can change the php ini file to alter this or if i am just using the wrong component. Any help would be welcome. Also, if you can suggest a better way to do this please contact us. I am currently using Maian Media as the component. The website needs to be able to: Allow users to pay for and download a 1 hr radio show- (podcast?) Thanks
