Link Building with Comments.

We need 200 PERMANENT backlinks with comments. We want let you to know this project will be long term and the payments partial, that is, from two to two weeks. The site is in Portuguese Brazil language and the theme is about advertises of houses, apartments, etc. for vacation rentals in Brazil. All link pages must be related to travel, tourism, rental vacation, Brazilian beaches, Brazilian Amazon, Brazilian Pantanal, Brazilian tourism, house rentals, apartment rentals, farm rentals and others related terms. Guidelines: 1. The backlinks are join to comments on blogs/sites. So we name them comments/backlinks. 2. The links may come from different languages distributed as follow: 20% Portuguese 20% Spanish 40% English 20% Italian 3. Some particularities: - Each comment must be manual and about the main post or any comment in the link page and must have 100 words minimum. - Static HTML backlinks - The comments need to be about the theme of the site as cited above, and the link pages must to be about the same themes. - The text links will be informed on PM box. - No comment spamming, either in the same blog/site or in different blog/site. No backlinks from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites. No article submissions. No links in forum profiles and forum comments. No links with rel="nofollow". No bought links. No links in blogs/sites with pages created for adds and/or manipulating links. No [login to view URL] blocking. No fake PR. No site/blog banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. No redirects, cloaking, spam sites, web rings, gambling, adult sites, or links [login to view URL] other practices. The backlinks must be purely white hat. - No subdomains. - Link pages, comments and text links must be visible, readable and indexable. Backlinks must be PERMANENT and ACTIVE. No one can be in NO INDEX or NO FOLLOW pages. Link page must have no more than 40 outbound links. - Static HTM backlinks. - The backlinks will point to different pages (details on PM box). - Linked sites must be search engine friendly. - Link pages must be indexed and cached by Google within last 30-60 days. - Domains must be from different IP addresses. - We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - You agree to replace any link which are removed within 12 months after placement. 4. The HOME of all sites or blogs must have at least PR4. The pagerank of link pages may vary as follow: - 30% PR 1 and PR 2 - 20% PR3 - 50% PR4 and 4+ - At least 20 backlinks must have PR5 and 5+. - The price of each comment/backlink will vary with the pagerank of link pages as follow: Pagerank 1 – USD$1.50 Pagerank 2 – USD$2.50 Pagerank 3 – USD$5.00 Pagerank 4 and 4+ – USD$10.00 Pagerank5 and 5+ – USD$15.00 The comments/backlinks must be edited at a maximum of 10 backlinks per week. You must bid for 20 comments/backlinks. The awarded freelancer will make a report from two to two weeks. The payments will be from two to two weeks after to receive the report and to check it. The 20 comments/backlinks of each report must have the proportion around as pointed on items 2 and 4 above. The payment will be released in two businesses days after the report if all the requirements have been followed. After that you bid another 20 comments/backlinks and so on. Reports will have to include the URLs of all the HOME pages, dates when posted, where the comments/backlinks were posted and the destination URL (details on PM box).
