centos server updates and tweaks

Hi, I am looking for a skilled and experienced server admin to help me sort out a few issues on my linux servers: - setup vsftp - isses logrotate in Plesk (too big logfiles) - update Plesk - search / remove possible rootkits - fix erros with Munin - update video encoding tools - migrate websites with rsync from other server - help with backup solution These would be a few tasks to start with. I am also looking for a long term freelancer as I have constantly things on my list that I can't do myself. Thanks! Mike
