I've run my own hosting company in the past, I also have a masters in computer science. I am more than proficient in using the listed items. If you would like to message me on freelancer with more information, such as when you want it started, etc, etc. I would be more than happy to work for you. I have also worked at an ISP in the past, so this is all quite easy for me. I have worked with CentOS quite a bit and I love using Debian (as I used it for my personal OS) and I have decent experience with Gentoo & Windows Server 2008. This seems to be an easy job.

For virtualization, I suggest to use xen is free and gives the same features of vwamre vSphere who is too expensive We must also think of the monitoring server, I suggest installing FAN (Fully Automated Nagios) is perfect.
