Convert nested XML file to CSV via Linux command line (using XMLStarlet or something similar)

I'm talking about the program which accept input file path as command line argument, process it and generate CSV output like you want. Strictly speaking CSV is not good format for such kind of documents because of <info type="text/html"> field and new line characters in it. But CSV allowing to save such data too (but not all program will understand such data)... Thanks. Roman
