Help with Logo Animation for PowerPoint

I would like to "animate" my logo to use as a slide in PowerPoint Presentations; maybe later use it on a website. I would also like to extract certain elements of the logo to use as a watermarked background image or as a"frame" for other slides. It is a simple design, an abstract sun above waves with a bit of text: "Implants & Periodontics At The Jersey Shore... regenerate. rejuvenate. rehabilitate."
