2D cartoon character design from picture, a logo and a business card

Project Description:
Design of a 2D cartoon character

I will supply a drawing that the character has to be based on, it's an existing style of cartoon drawing. See the attached file. I will also supply a photo of the face of the person the character has to look like, and a photo of the person complete from top to toe. The cartoon character should be a vector drawing.

Also need a logo and business card design (the front of the business card will have that character on it and the logo, the back just contact information, then the business card will also have two inside pages with information).
