ESL / TEFL Content Writing (1 OR MORE UNITS): English for Marketing Communications

(ENGLISH TEACHING AS A SECOND LANGUAGE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST) We are looking for an experienced TEFL / ESL / Marketing-English professional to write content (1 OR MORE UNITS) for a specialized course in English for Marketing Communications (communicative /functional approach) for an online platform. The course will have: • 3 levels: elementary (A1-A2), intermediate (B1-B2), advanced (C1-C2) • 12 units per level • Each unit will be topic-based; title of unit will reflect this • Each unit should take 4-6 hours for students to complete • Every section will aim at reinforcing the vocabulary introduced at the beginning of the unit • Learning tips [to be provided by you] will be included at different points of every lesson Unit structure made up by the following sections (revolving around topic): • Introduction + examples + learning objectives [all to be provided by you] (1 page) • Vocabulary (20 items min.) + contextualization + practice + test [all to be provided by you] (4 pages) • Grammar point(s) + examples + practice + test [course designer will provide topic(s) & title section; everything else to be provided by you] (3 pages) • 2 idioms (min.) + 2 Phrasal verbs (min) (reinforcing grammar points) + contextualization + practice + test [course designer will provide choice of idioms and phrasal verbs; everything else to be provided by you] (2 pages) • Pronunciation: explanation + examples + practice [course designer will provide pronunciation topic; everything else to be provided by you] (1 page) • Business focus: Conversation/monologue + questions [course designer will provide topic; everything else to be provided by you] (2 pages) • Lesson review + learning tips + recommended resources [all to be provided by you] (2 pages)
