Real Estate VA/Lead Specialist - Cold Calling/Phone Appointments

Busy real estate professional seeking an assistant with excellent communication skills that can clearly and professionally speak English and Spanish on the phone. I am looking for someone with experience in cold calling for companies that are looking to relocate their business due to lease expiration or needed expansion. The job requires experience in cold calling and prospecting over the phone for real estate leads. I am NOT looking for general telemarketers. I am certainly looking for a long-term candidate that will make an hourly fee plus bonuses. This job will take a very skilled caller that can either get the appointment or receive a strong lead candidate that our team can then follow-up with. Bonuses will be given for every successful leasing that you initiated. ¿VA is expected to be courteous and polite to every person called. ¿Phone calls must be made within the hours of 9-11am, 2-4pm, M-R, EST time. (VA must be on Skype and responsive during those hours). ¿VA will receive a basic script and excel files with farm areas to call and have to research and fill in information along a daily detailed report. ¿VA must speak/write English and ideally Spanish as well ¿The applicant must have a BASIC commercial real estate knowledge. ¿VA is expected to work between 10-12 hours per week ¿Cold calling equipment needed and will make calls with Skype number provided ¿There will be a 1 week trial period to determine if marketing should continue. ¿Must have a "get to know each other" Skype call prior to start working together. **If interested please send hourly rate, a sample voice clip, references and a detailed description of your experience. ** Thank you in advance for your valued time and interest in my job post, and I hope to hear from you soon.
