I need a table / query / form / report made from ms access database.
How the database works is we will scan the barcode of each employee on a form then it will log the TIME IN of employee and when the work is finish we will scan it again for TIME OUT and then we will have query / report to search each employee by date to see his TIME IN and TIME OUT and total how many hours he worked, please note that we will encode each employee name and barcode number to table so the system will just search for barcode number of employee and logs its TIME IN and TIME OUT also standard working hours is 8 hours so if the employee exceeds 8 hours then it will also have another field of OVERTIME so maybe multiple cross table is required here
basically i need in table are
1. Date (now) default date today
2. Employee Name
3. Employee Barcode
4. Employee Time IN
5. Employee Time OUT
6. Total Work Hours
7. Overtime
Now in Form this is what we need only
* TIME IN FORM
1. Date (now) default date today
2. Employee Name
3. Employee Barcode
So there is field for barcode where we will search then scan employee barcode then it will log the TIME IN

Reports:
1. Open report and capable of searching each employee by date then it will produce report of employee from date to date and information will show his name, barcode number, start time in and time out, total work hours and overtime if he has exceeded 8 hours work.
