MS Access - Project and time tracking

I own a landscaping company in Florida USA ([login to view URL]). I am looking for a customized application using MS Access that would allow us to better manage projects and tickets, project tracking, crew time tracking, scheduling and reporting. We currently use Excel spreadsheets. However with hundreds of commercial clients and thousands of billable & non-billable tasks/projects per year, we need the relational databases present in MS Access to be more time-efficient. If you are interested, please confirm what your hourly rate would be. I will send you a general layout of the screens, fields and reports we need. It will allow you to better size the amount of work involved. This customized application will be work in progress. In addition to adjusting the content to exactly meet our goals, a second phase will expand on client services, packages and scheduling. I will welcome your recommendations based on your expertise.
