lead generation by expert needed

I am looking for 250 converted leads, this means that the lead has signed up. My budget it rather large, between $2500 and $15,000 for the right person. This can turn into an ongoing assignment. The project: I will provide all the marketing materials, banners and ads. You can post in craigslist or backpage or anywhere. You can post in forums. However you generate leads is ok except you CANNOT send spam email. This is adult leads for webcam models. So please have experience in adult leads. Can be promoted to both male and female audience.I have ads for both. This project will be awarded initially only! No upfront payment until I see results. Results can be as little as 30 to 50 signups.
