Create a mobile phone app for Android The app must be able to display alarms in the notification center that are pre-defined by our platform (even if offline, and sync with platform when online. (Tasks with the description) a yes/no response or notify me later. Collecting GPS coordinates when it’s necessary. The app must be able to collect data from the user at any given time, even if offline and sync with our platform when online. The app must display and sync with data stored on our platform db (MSSQL) The developer must document everything within the source code and provide extensive details on the logic employed. Communication via Skype and prompt email answers are a requisite.
