Project Description:
I have an android youtube to mp3 converter with the source code, it works by sending the link to a website, then after the conversion the converted file is sent to the device, however the website faced an issue upon publishing it on the market, it couldn't handle the traffic produced by a high number of users, what I need is to make the app use one of possible 10 websites, so in case one doesn't work the app uses the other, the app should detect if the website isn't responding, and the traffic should be distributed randomly on these 10 websites when different devices are using the app.
I already paid too much for this app and I'm on a low budget, so please bid with your lowest price.
