Extra functionality to an app - Youtube to mp3 converter -

I have an android youtube to mp3 converter with the source code, it works by sending the link to a website, then after the conversion the converted file is sent to the device, however the website faced an issue upon publishing it on the market, it couldn't handle the traffic produced by a high number of users, what I need is to make the app use two more websites as a backup, the app should detect when there is an error in downloading and use one of the other websites when something is going wrong. the app also contains a download queue, but it doesn't show the download queue so we need to add this functionality, with the option of removing a song from the queue.
