Lock Screen Application android

HI Am looking to create an application, lock screen. That has the ability to show battery life, missed calls, messages and emails, as well as have the function of accessing music player, basic controls of play / pause / fast forward / rewinds, showing the album artwork as well. The lock screen slider will be made out of a time widget, showing date, month and day, all information will be received locally.... This app must be easily scalable and must fit all majore android devices, such as htc / sony / motorolla and so on. if you require any further information please ping me.
