Simple Goal Tracking App for Android

This is a repost: the first programmer didn't have time that was required due to school tests that were taking up his time. The program has been carried though to the bare bones functionality. See below for original project description. This bid will be to finish what he started. Emphasis will be on getting ap gui to be visually appealing, make suggestions for improvements and carrying project through to finish. Original description: This simple android app is a very basic goal tracking app that allows users to set various goals and track their completion. Users will create what variables they would like to track on a daily interval and see stats of completion percentages over a month. Also, have the ability to move those variables to a quarterly or yearly category for less frequent tracking. The initial app will have only 4 screens: monthly tracking, quarterly tracking, yearly tracking and the variables creation screen. Users will download the app to their phone from the android store. The users create their variables and can store them as local files on the phone or sd card. This app is very basic, and I am quite confident an experienced mobile app developer could develop this easily, i.e., “in a snap”. Hence, the budget range is low. Expectations: I will own the full source code, app and all copyrights etc. The source code will be well documented. Non disclosure agreement will be required. The architecture must allow for future addition of new APIs. Depending on your quality of work, I would prefer to contact you for further future development of this project. Developer must have a can do attitude and be willing to provide feedback and ideas. The app should work on all android versions and systems including tablets. The system design should be flexible for easy extension or porting to other mobile OS such as Apple iPhone/iPad and Windows mobile. Developer is an end-to-end solutions provider. Posting to the Android App store required. All testing will be 100% your responsibility. Bugs and other compatibility problems found after releasing will be your responsibility for up to 1 month after release. Payment Terms (Milestones): Beta Release: US$ 25%. Final Release: US$ 50%. Google Approval: US$ 75%. 1 month after launch bug and compatibility problem free: 100%. Let me know your hourly rate for future use after this initial stage of the project is completed.
