Time Out/ Discipline App

Hello, I am looking for someone to develop an app for me that will have approximately 3-7 pages. It will be rather simple in theory with children names and ages, a page explaining the app and discipline method to parents, a page to show the warnings that have been given before timeout is enforced, and a page that will be the actual countdown for when the timeout is given. I want this to have a very nice user interface as well as a professional, clean appearance. I also would like you to confirm that you have read this by giving me an accurate estimate of how long this project will take and how much you will charge based upon the above specifications.
