We currently have a website being developed and we need a hybrid app developed for it. The Freelancer will only be responsible for the app screen designs as well as HTML5/CSS. They will not have to do any back end coding as we already have a team of developers ready to complete that. Also timings is a huge factor for us and we need screens/html done by the beginning of May so please only bid if you are capable of meeting that timeline.
