Android e-Learning App (+ optional iOS)

Hello! We are searching a new developer / development team to help us with the programming of an e-learning application. The following features are required:  Android 2.2 and above  Multi-Phone / Tablet-Compatibility  Resolution Independent  Screen orientation: portrait for phones, landscape for tablets  6 levels with 20 lessions with 20 pages each ~ roughly 2400 content pages (audio, image+text): content provided by us - levels have to be made available as download packs  In-App Buying of Multiple DLC-Packs (and download/unzip/install to external storage from our servers)  Tests: Drag and Drop [must work in 2.2!], Multiple Choice and Voice Recognition [Android Library]  Animated Startmenu Background (Flying Objects)  Multi-Language: English (default) and German (easily enhancable in the future)  Easily maintainable content via Database + Files (existing DB structure has to be adopted)  Easily Updatable (via Market) - user progress & bought download content has to persist  GUI-Elements (Backgrounds, Buttons, Images) and Content (Audio+Text+Images) are PROVIDED BY US  Integration of Scoreloops Achievement System  Intuitive, easy, fun and well-designed usability  Easy portability to iOS recommended  Source code must be provided to us with comments in English only  We own all rights to the software, source and content. We already HAVE a working Android prototype with documented source code with roughly 50 % of the features working - you should build upon this (if feasible). If you are bidding on this project, please make sure that you are an experienced developer or team that has the experience and resources to do a perfect job with this project and conduct the proper QA and Beta testing required. Only the publication on the relevant markets, made directly by our company with your support, will let us consider the project 100% fullfilled. Your responsibilities: - Perform a technical analysis of requirements - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision - Testing and rapid fixing of bugs - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use - Must be able to communicate on Skype/Google Talk, Email and/or chat depending on the situation - Dropbox access for file exchange We also need an iOS version (iPhone+iPad) later - please specify if you bid on the Android version only or on both versions.
