Android/iPhone App for Adult picture website

I need an Android & iPhone app developed for one of my existing websites, vaginacology.com. It is adult related content, so apps will not be distributed through either of the vendors' formal stores. Do to several other projects I do NOT have time to complete this myself. No database programming will be required as I have several back end functions already available in both XMLRPC & JSON for interfacing with my database. A brief function description: Main: User opens app, is presented with an image User selects from available options for the image from a dropdown User is then presented with the "answer" image, any bonus images, comments User then may enter a comment or choose to go on to the next image Additional: User should be able to upload 2-5 images from the app Deliverable: Full, unencrypted, source code of completed project Fully functioning, Finished, executables in web deliverable,installable, formats
