Highly Skilled IOS & Android Developer

I have an app that needs interface design work done for new IOS devices and several Android devices, using existing interfaces as a guide. The interface design is done using and online editor. No script is necessary here, it's just drag and drop existing images. This project is for three handset designs Each handset has 18 screens with each screen taking an average of 15 minutes to complete once you get the hang of it. Requirements - is able to demonstrate designs using an Android Emulator - can program (for future projects) and do the User Interface design - at least 300 hours on odesk - minimum 5 star rating - attention to detail! must take pride in their work and produce polished looking products - speaks English extremely well.
