Highly skilled iOS developer 2

Need a custom built mobile App (in quick order) I need someone who is very experienced with iOS coding to create a simple (basic), nice looking, mobile app. App is to be a simple app with access to the users photo albums. (No editing of photos required). While UI design is requested I have via photoshop created 'screenshots' on how I wish for each page to generally look as to make the design process much easier. Further details to be given during selection process. This is a job I am looking to have completed quickly with a sense of priority. Requirements: -Someone who can not only program but do the UI design -Someone with at least 200 hours logged on Odesk -Someone who has a 5 star user rating -Someone who speaks English well -Someone who takes pride in their work and makes a polished looking project HERE'S WHAT TO DO NEXT: -Please reply with any examples of your previous work as well as any User Interface design examples you have done before.
