Looking for good smart phone developer

Hello, We are looking for a good smart phone developer (iPhone, Android) for a few apps we have in mind: 1) Video app. This app plays video, and also uses the accelerometer for tilt, spin, and the uses can zoom in and out. 2) Interactive game, with moving graphics, interaction to db. Interaction with geo-location for local connections. 3) Simple app with user input. Database to track their inputs over time. We can do the database on Google App Engine, but we'd like a nice app with good UI and that can talk to the db. Can you please provide links to similar apps you've made, along with an estimate of the cost to create each. We hope to start a long-term relationship with a great developer, but only if they do outstanding work, and within a reasonable budget. You should have experience with video on smart phones, as well as interaction with accelerometer, tilt, compass, etc. Thank you!
