Mobile game

I am looking for someone to write a question & answer mobile game host and client. The host is meant to be integrate-able by any mobile interfaces eg. iphone, android, windows phone and html5. Please quote your effort base on the host as well as one mobile interface. The key feature of this game is about host asking question and user answering the question to get points. Host should contain a database of questions and it supply the interfaces the question and answer for the game session. User need to login to the game room before he/she can take part in the game session. At very high level, it is similar to [login to view URL] but I want this to be on mobile and the point awarding is different. There are some more business logic in there that will determine the choice of question as well as how the points are awarded. I will not be revealing here until I have finalise the developer. The rules are not complicated and you won't expect big change to the host to add these business rules. Please bid only you have done similar project before and please provide reference of your similar past work.
