am looking for a cost on a prototype of a imager that can be configured to fit onto an iPhone, iPad or an Android device. The prototype would just be for iPhone and IPad because of fixed size. The material encasing the imager and electronics should be a flexible yet durable rubber material that can also provide durability. The capabilities would be as follows: 1. Ability to image 1-D and 2-D bar code labels from physical medium and screen of phone like the airport scanners. 2. Ability to decode all common bar code formats. 3. Small recharable battery should be enclosed with charging port. 4. Ability for the scanned data to be communicated with the device could include NFC, Bluetooth, WiFi or connected to the device port. If connected to the device port it will need to ability to plug in the same charger to charge the device. 5. Some optional abiliy wouldbe to program multiple parsing routines into the device as well, but this is optional. A similiar example can be found at [login to view URL]
